IELTS is highly recommended as proof of language proficiency and meeting the school’s language requirements.
Submit the Academic results, taken with the last year.
A common question – May I submit a Language proficiency test results that I completed online?
- No, IRCC doesn’t accept results from online language tests. There are no changes to the language proficiency assessment score requirements. The recommended tests are IELTS (for English) and TEF/TCF (for French). We also accept TOEFL and PTE Academic. Test scores from Duolingo or any other online language test will not be accepted for any immigration application purposes, including for study permits.
