Application Form

• Application For Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM 1294)
• Family Information (IMM 5645 or IMM 5707)
• Document Checklist (IMM 5483)
• Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409) if applicable
• Custodianship Declaration – Custodian for Minors Studying in Canada (IMM 5646) if applicable
• Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable
• Authority to release personal information to a designated individual (IMM 5475) if applicable

Proof of Financial Documents

The applicant must prove that he/she can support the tuition fees and living expenses, and the family members who come with wants to come in Canada.

• Proof of a Canadian bank account in student’s name, if he/she has transferred money to Canada
• Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution
• Proof of a student or education loan from a bank-
• Bank statements for the past 4 months
• Bank draft that can be converted to Canadian dollars
• Proof you paid tuition and housing fees
• Letter from the person or school giving the money, or
• Proof of funding paid from within Canada, if the applicant have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program
• Sponsorship Declaration in terms of Affidavit

Proof of Acceptance Admission Letter

Proof of Identity

• Valid Passport
• Two recent photos

Medical Exam Test

• The applicant can do the medical exam before the application submission or can do when IRCC requests to do.

Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ)

• CAQ letter for Canadian Institution in Quebec province

Marriage Certificate

• If the applicant has spouse, marriage certificate is mandatory to submit

Language Test Certificate
